This Wednesday I photographed the chapel service at Spartanburg Methodist College. This is a silhouette of Terrance Hawes, President and CEO of Elephnt Group LLC. These are just a few of the images shared by @spartanburghistory at their "Spartanburg Unboxed: Mill History and Culture" tour and lecture at @draytonmills this past Saturday. They are exactly what I was hoping to see!!! I adore these old images! It is wild to think about what might have taken place or what machinery may have sat in our loft long ago when this building was a textile mill. As a photographer, I hope that my images may produce the same wonder for future generations.

This afternoon I photographed Anna Pavord: The Curious Gardener, at Spartanburg Community College's Gaines Auditorium. Ms. Pavord gave a one hour lecture on what to do in your garden year round.
